I’ve been golfing once a week
for the past three years.
Every Thursday.
Walking the course.
Clearing my head.
It started as a way to connect with girlfriends
and sneak in a little exercise.
But somewhere along the way,
it became something more.
A reset.
A ritual.
A way to stay grounded in the middle of a busy week.
Lately, I’ve been craving more of that.
More practice.
More peace.
More balance.
So I’m carving out space for a second golf day—
not just to get better at the game,
but to get better at making room for myself.
