After a season change, my body always asks for a reset.

After a season change, my body always asks for a reset.

Not anything extreme.
Just something simple to reduce inflammation and feel lighter again.

Years ago, a friend introduced me to a recipe from Haylie Pomroy —
and one thing stuck with me: the iburn soup.

It’s basic.
Water, fresh lemon, parsley, celery seed, a touch of cayenne.

When I first tried it?
Let’s just say it wasn’t love at first sip.

But now?
It feels like a gentle reboot.

Three glasses a day for a few days —
nothing dramatic,
just intentional.

For me, the start of a new season isn’t about restriction.
It’s about awareness.
About listening to what my body needs.

💬 Do you have a simple reset ritual after travel or holidays?
I’d love to hear what works for you.
