Victoria Day weekend always feels like the unofficial start of summer to me.

Hope you had a chance to enjoy the long weekend ☀️

This past weekend we were fortunate with the weather.

Long walks with Blue along the water
golf with some girlfriends
time with friends around a garden barbecue

Simple things
but the things I look forward to all winter long.

This time of year has always been my favourite.

After months of winter coats, boots, and rushing from one place to another… I love getting back outside.

Fresh air
longer evenings
and enjoying being outdoors without all of the extra layers.

There’s just something about this season that shifts your energy a little.

Life feels lighter.
