Thirsty Thursday… with a healthy twist 🍍🍋
I know, I know.
You’re expecting a cocktail.
But after my walk the other day, I wasn’t craving a drink from the bar cart — I was craving something fresh.
Something that felt a little healthier.
I’ve been experimenting with a few anti-inflammatory recipes lately, and this one has quickly become a favourite.
Just 4 simple ingredients:
🍍 Fresh pineapple
🍋 Lemon
💧 Cold water
✨ Cinnamon
That’s it.
Into the blender and you’re done.
It’s refreshing, naturally sweet, and honestly tastes far better than some of the “healthy” drinks I’ve tried over the years.
I originally made it because I was looking for something to help me feel a little more balanced after vacation and those periods when life gets busy and routines slip.

Now it’s becoming one of my regular go-to drinks.
And yes… it passed the taste test.
Actually, it’s delicious.
