Foodie Friday, and I am in a cooking mood! 

Foodie Friday, and I am in a cooking mood! 📞 It started with a little impromptu charcuterie board – just the perfect nibbles to kick things off. 🧀🍇 Then, I whipped up a quinoa and cilantro salad🥗 and then some banana bread! 🍌 I decided to experiment with almond flour and replaced the sugar with dates, and WOW, it was so good! 🤯 So moist, so naturally sweet, and guilt-free. If you haven’t tried date-sweetened baking, you’re missing out! 😋
Soon, it’s dinner: chipotle steak and a fresh salad, because balance is key! 🥩🥗 And of course, no meal is complete without my furry sous chef, Blue, and my amazing husband, Alex, by my side. 🐶❤️
