Foodie Friday, and I am in a cooking mood!It started with a little impromptu charcuterie board – just the perfect nibbles to kick things off.
Then, I whipped up a quinoa and cilantro salad
and then some banana bread!
I decided to experiment with almond flour and replaced the sugar with dates, and WOW, it was so good!
So moist, so naturally sweet, and guilt-free. If you haven’t tried date-sweetened baking, you’re missing out!
Soon, it’s dinner: chipotle steak and a fresh salad, because balance is key!And of course, no meal is complete without my furry sous chef, Blue, and my amazing husband, Alex, by my side.
