I was out walking this morning —
dropped Blue off because he was stop-and-go,
but my legs just kept moving.
And as I kept going,
my mind went to spring.
Right now, it doesn’t look like much.
It’s dark.
Grey here in Fort Erie.
But we all know what’s happening underneath.
The ground is shifting.
Things are growing.
The season is changing —
even if we can’t see it yet.
And it made me think about work…
and life.
There are days you show up,
you do the work,
and it feels like nothing is moving.
It can be frustrating.
But the truth is —
the needle is moving.
Quietly.
Subtly.
In ways you don’t always notice right away.
And then one day…
everything clicks.
