Got sad lemons sitting on the counter? 🍋🍹

Don’t throw them out… make this instead.

This week’s Thirsty Thursday might be one of my favourite cocktails yet —
a Meyer lemon creamsicle with a tequila twist.

Creamy
citrusy
refreshing
and dangerously good 😅

Made with:
🍋 Fresh lemon juice
🍊 Orange liqueur
🥃 Tequila
✨ Creamy goodness

And honestly?
It tastes like summer showed up early.

I started this cocktail just trying to use up some produce from Costco… and somehow ended up making one of the best drinks I’ve done in a long time.

If you love creamsicle flavours, citrus cocktails, or just want something different for the weekend… this is the one.
