What Does This Mean for Buyers and Sellers?
For buyers considering a move to Fort Erie, Ridgeway, Crystal Beach or Stevensville, the current inventory provides opportunities to compare properties, neighbourhoods and pricing before making a decision.
For sellers, competition remains an important consideration. With hundreds of properties available, accurate pricing, presentation and understanding what buyers are responding to can influence how quickly a home sells.
It’s also important to remember that weekly average sale prices reflect the properties that happened to sell, rather than changes in individual home values.
Understanding Your Local Market
Real estate conditions can differ considerably between Fort Erie and other Niagara communities. Understanding those differences is essential when buying, selling or evaluating your home’s value.
