This week’s pick is a Lemon Meringue Martini, and I think it might be one of the prettiest cocktails I’ve made.

Made with Limoncello, vanilla vodka, fresh lemon juice, and topped with a light lemon cream froth, it’s bright, refreshing, and just a little indulgent—like dessert in a martini glass.

Could you skip the froth? Absolutely.

But if you’re hosting your besties, why not add that little extra touch?
