š» Foodie Friday Detour ā and Iām glad we did.
I usually stick to my regular spots ā itās familiar, itās easy.
But after a quick Costco run with Alex (yes, weāre āon holidayāā¦ Realtor style š
), we heard about a local brewery just up the road and decided to check it out.
We sat at the bar, shared a flight of beers, Thai cauliflower bites, and crispy brussels sprouts. šŗš¶ļøš„¦
Watched the Calgary Stampede ā something I probably wouldnāt have turned on at home ā and really enjoyed every minute.
It wasnāt planned. It wasnāt fancy.
But it was good ā and a great reminder that sometimes the best stories come from unplanned stops.
