Friday in Port Colborne.
Saturday in downtown Ridgeway.
It’s become a ritual I look forward to every week.

The colours.
The conversations.
The sense of community you only find at a local market.

It’s not just about the produce I bring home—
it’s about the experience.
Slowing down, walking the rows,
connecting with local growers and makers.

There’s something grounding about it.
Seasonal.
Sustainable.
A reminder to appreciate life’s simplest luxuries.

By the time I leave,
basket full and heart lighter,
I always feel more rooted in where I live.
