Niagara is frozen solid right now…
so today we’re drinking like it’s spring. 🌱🍸

This Cucumber Mint Gin Gimlet is fresh, bright, and exactly what I’ve been craving after all this snow.
Cool cucumber, fresh mint, lemon, a touch of simple syrup — and gin.

It’s light.
It’s crisp.
It tastes like warmer days are coming… even if they’re not quite here yet.

This recipe was sent to me by one of you (thank you 🤍), and it’s officially a winter favourite.

Cheers to fresh flavours, small rituals, and finding a little summer wherever we can.
