Wine Tasting at Peller’s 🍷🌙

About a month ago at Peller’s.

Upstairs in the estate room  —
mahogany walls, warm tones,
a quieter shift to the night.

Earlier it felt lively.
By then… fewer people.
Cool air.
Room to focus.

A 33% Semillon stood out.
Medium-bodied.
Layered.
More complex than expected.

Same winery.
Different pace.

Just sitting with the glass,
listening,
learning each note.
