Here is your latest breakdown of the Niagara real estate market as of August 12th! Across the region, we saw 283 new listings and 100 homes sold over the last 7 days, with an average price point sitting strong at $630,561.

Whether you’re keeping an eye on Fort Erie ($550,543 avg price / 58 DOM), Niagara Falls ($685,746 avg price), or St. Catharines ($550,600 avg price), local conditions are shifting in every neighborhood.
