Being available isn’t the same as being valuable. 💡

Being available isn’t the same as being valuable. 💡

Last night, I turned my cell phone off around 5:30 PM. When I woke up, I had about 12 text messages—all business-related—sitting in my inbox.

Working in real estate, the business truly runs 24/7. While I am endlessly grateful for every single client, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how we protect our personal space while still showing up at 100% for the people we serve.

Here’s my big takeaway: Nobody is going to manage our boundaries for us. Stepping away to be present with family, recharge, or just have uninterrupted time isn’t selfish—it’s actually what allows us to come back and give our absolute best.

I’m curious—how do you manage your personal space and work boundaries? Do you check your phone the second you wake up, or do you give yourself a buffer? Drop your thoughts below! 👇✨
