Tide And Vine Oyster House

Mike Langley and Kat Steeves founded Tide and Vine in 2012 when they purchased a 1974 Volkswagen camper van and began shucking oysters throughout Niagara. Their path has enabled them to become an integral part of the region's vibrant food community. Mike, who was born in Niagara Falls, traveled the world in search of inspiration before meeting his business partner and eventual wife, Kat Steeves, who was born in Moncton. From "Pearl the Shuck Truck" to a flagship restaurant in Niagara Falls, Tide and Vine has made it their mission to bring the sea to Niagara, displaying the abundance of local and seasonal products found in the area.
