So, you might be wondering, “What’s the deal with the number of home sales in Niagara these days?”
Well, it seems that most areas in the region are seeing a boost in sales compared to the previous month. Some are more significant than others, with St. Catharines leading the pack with an impressive 61 extra sales in March! However, there are a few exceptions to this trend. Niagara Falls and Thorold saw a slight dip in sales, with about 6 fewer homes sold in March than in February. And poor West Lincoln only had 1 less sale in March compared to the previous month.
