Do you start thinking about spring before it actually arrives? 🌿

Do you start thinking about spring before it actually arrives? 🌿

Spring is just around the corner here in Niagara —
and it’s that time when you start looking at your space a little differently.

What needs cleaning up.
What could be refreshed.
What you want to change heading into a new season.

I stopped into Stevensville Garden Gallery for a bit of inspiration —
and it’s a great place to start if you’re thinking about your garden, your outdoor space,
or even just bringing something new into your home.

From early garden prep
to simple indoor updates,
it’s those small seasonal shifts that make everything feel lighter again.

Spring tends to create momentum —
not just in our homes,
but in how we think about what’s next.

And for many, that includes real estate.

Are you already planning your spring projects…
or waiting for the weather to fully turn?
👇 I’d love to hear.

Thirsty Thursday — Easter Edition

Thirsty Thursday — Easter Edition 🍋🥂

If you’re hosting this weekend… this is the one to make.

I kept seeing this creamy limoncello cocktail pop up,
so I decided to test it out —
and it did not disappoint.

Simple ingredients:
1 oz Limoncello
1 oz whipping cream (or coconut cream)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz Licor 43
¼ oz simple syrup

Shake over ice, strain,
and garnish with a lemon slice.

First sip?
Fresh. Light. Creamy.

It actually tastes like a lemon creamsicle —
not heavy, just smooth and balanced.

Perfect for Easter hosting,
or anytime you want something a little different
from the usual.

Are you serving cocktails this weekend…
or keeping it simple?

👇 I’d love to hear.

Start before everything feels ready.

We wait…
for better timing
better conditions
a little more done

And then… nothing moves.

That project sits.
That listing waits.

And time fills in around it.

It’s the same with your morning workout.
You skip it once… maybe it’s raining.
You tell yourself later.

But later never comes.

Your day fills up.
Energy shifts.
And it doesn’t get done.

Real estate works the same way.

You wait for the “right” market…
the “right” moment…

Meanwhile—
inventory builds
buyers adjust
conditions shift

And when you finally list…
you’re stepping into more competition.

The advantage was never perfect timing.

It’s action.

The sellers who move…
create opportunity.

The ones who wait…
react to what’s already changed.

Start before everything feels ready.

Just like your workout.

📲 If you’re thinking about listing, let’s map out your next step.

Have you ever tried something new… just because someone suggested it? 🐟

Have you ever tried something new… just because someone suggested it? 🐟

I went into Anchors on the Ridge planning to pick up salmon —
and left with halibut.

I don’t think I’ve ever cooked halibut at home before.
But the recommendation was simple enough… so I gave it a try.

Quick stop on YouTube.
Put together a blackened seasoning.
Pan to heat.

And that was it.

It came together easily,
and honestly, it turned out better than I expected.

Sometimes it’s just a small shift —
trying something different,
listening to a suggestion —
that changes the whole meal.

Do you stick with what you know,
or try something new when it’s recommended?

👇 I’d love to hear.

How do you keep track of everything in your day?

How do you keep track of everything in your day?

For me… it starts with a note.

If something comes to mind,
I write it down right away.
A quick text to myself,
a note in my phone —
just so I don’t lose it.

Then in the morning,
I sort through it all.

What matters today.
What can wait.
What needs attention first.

And honestly,
some of my best thinking happens right here —
out on a walk with Blue.

No distractions.
Just space to organize my thoughts
before the day really begins.

Especially on days where there are a few challenges to work through —
this routine helps me show up clearer
for my clients.

It’s simple.
But it works for me.

💬 I’d love to know —
do you plan your day the night before…
or sort it out in the morning?

Can you believe these are 100% vegan? They are also 100% delicious!

Had to stop by a few of my clients last Friday, one of which is in st. Catharines ..

I by Beechwood Doughnuts to pick up some specialty treats.

A few boxes, shared with clients.

A small way to mark the moment.

If you haven’t tried a Beechwood doughnut…

you haven’t lived.

Tag a friend who needs a sugar hit today.

Thirsty Thursday… but make it weekend-ready 🍉🍸

Thirsty Thursday… but make it weekend-ready 🍉🍸

Do you like your cocktails more sweet… or a little more boozy?

We tested out a watermelon tequila cocktail this week —
and it’s one of those drinks that feels like summer, even when it’s not.

Simple mix:
2 oz tequila
2 oz fresh watermelon purée
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz triple sec

1/2 oz simple syrup is recommended

Shake it up, pour it out,
and adjust to taste.

First sip?
Fresh. Light. A little boozy.

Depending on your watermelon,
you might want a touch of simple syrup —
but honestly, that balance is part of the fun.

We’re always tweaking as we go.
Testing. Tasting. Adjusting.

That’s what makes it yours.

Are you someone who follows the recipe exactly…
or adjusts as you go?

👇 I’d love to hear.

Do you ever come across a home that’s been quietly cared for over time… and it shows?

Do you ever come across a home that’s been quietly cared for over time… and it shows?

544 Rosehill Road — Fort Erie
Offered at $849,900

Set on over half an acre in Crescent Park,
this home has been proudly maintained by the same family since it was built.

The kind of property where the details matter —
and the care is evident the moment you arrive.

Vaulted ceilings.
An updated kitchen.
A bright three-season sunroom overlooking the yard —
a space where you can sit and watch deer pass through.

Outside, the grounds are established and thoughtful:
perennial gardens, a vegetable garden,
and interlocking walkways that tie it all together.

For those who need space:
attached double garage + carport,
detached garage and shed,
and plenty of room for vehicles, equipment, or hobbies.

Inside, the layout offers flexibility with 2 + 2 bedrooms
and a walk-out basement leading directly to the garage.

Location is equally practical —
just two blocks from Lake Erie,
steps to the Friendship Trail,
and close to schools, shopping, and everyday amenities.

A property that blends space, privacy, and convenience —
in a well-established neighbourhood.

If you’ve been looking for something with land, storage, and long-term care behind it, this is one to see.

Do you ever open the fridge and realize… it’s time for a reset? 🍲

Do you ever open the fridge and realize… it’s time for a reset? 🍲

This was one of those moments.

The last of the asparagus.
A couple of zucchini.
Onion, celery, carrot, peppers.

Everything was on its way out —
so into the pot it went.

Leftover turkey from the weekend,
bones for flavour,
even a bit of stuffing.

Nothing planned.
Just using what was there before it went to waste.

By the time it was done,
I had a full pot of turkey soup
and a few meals ready for the freezer.

It’s not fancy,
but it’s practical —
and on a busy week, that matters.

A little time now
saves a lot of time later.

Are you someone who clears the fridge like this,
or do you prefer to cook fresh each time?

👇 I’d love to hear.
